Payments

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days (1 month) prior to the event or service date.

• Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in:

 • Late fees of $50 per week, and

 • Additional charges of up to 50% of the outstanding balance.

• Please note: The retainer fee is not included in the remaining balance and is non-refundable.

Retainer Fee

• A 30% retainer fee of the total balance is required within 5 days of accepting the contract.

• This retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Once the retainer is received:

• Your invoice and contract will be considered active,

• Your event date will be secured, and

• This payment will serve as your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted at least three (3) months before the scheduled event or service date.

• Cancellations made less than three (3) months prior will result in:

 • The retention or immediate payment of 30% of the total event cost.

• In addition, the following will be deducted from any payments already made:

• Materials and supplies purchased,

• Hours of work performed,

• Scheduled meetings attended,

• Costs for hired staff or contractors, and

• Travel expenses (if applicable).
