Hi There!

My name is Lawrenda Allen simply known to many as Renee.

I am a mother of two and a bonus mom of three adult children, a grandmother of 14 and growing. I love being a wife to my wonder husband (Pastor R. Allen), serving in ministry with him for over 21 years.

I believe my passion for Decorating started in the home of my Grandmother Estella, while at the age of 7 yrs old my younger sister and I moved with our grandparents, who kept an immaculate home. Our room was built in the attic, a very large and unique layout space. It included our own living room space!

I often moved our furniture around creating different layouts. I remember my first unique design, I wanted to put something on one of our empty walls. My granny said she didn’t have funds to buy any pictures or decor right then. So I took some crochet yarn 🧶 and created all different sizes of fish shapes and words on the wall. There was always a conversation regarding it, a design that always attracted a lot of attention when entering in our room.

I guess you can say that was the beginning of my passion to decorate on a dime.

The joy from that design catipolted my passion and from there every place I’ve lived in, I decorate it as if I owed it! To see the wow expression on our friends, family and even the property owners faces were Priceless. To hear the comments of my children’s friends always made me feel good. It has now become my business name I Can’t Believe My Eyes Decor & you wont either!
